The National Council of Asian Pacific Americans hosted a community reception on Wednesday, January 31, 2007 welcoming the new members of the 110th Congress and honoring Congressman Al Green and Congresswoman Mazie Hirono as new members of the Executive Board of the Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus (CAPAC).
